Go Intercultural!

Join us for sessions on implementing ECU’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), Go Intercultural! Communicate. Collaborate. Celebrate. The plan seeks to increase the intercultural competence of students by teaching them the skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary to work and be agents of social change in the diverse cultural world of the 21st century. The goals of the QEP will be achieved by developing in students the cognitive, affective, and behavioral skills and characteristics that support effective and appropriate interaction in a variety of cultural contexts. The QEP will close the gap between students’ readiness to work and solve problems in collaboration with people from different cultural backgrounds and societal and employers’ expectations in this area.
